Raymond Abou Antoun grew up around restaurants helping serve authentic Lebanese dishes. His curiosity grew into passion and perfectionism.
Inspired by the story of Emir Fakhreddine II, one of Lebanon's greatest historical figures, and driven by his love of food and hospitality, he created a Kasr, a mythical palace where divine dishes are served to awaken the senses embarking guests on a culinary journey of splendor and authenticity.
Since then, Kasr Fakhreddine, which translates into Fakhreddine’s Palace, has become a prime destination for Lebanese fine cuisine, offering a rich menu of exquisite and unique treats in a magnificent setting topped by unparalleled service.

The dedication to preserve a legacy while also delivering a unique concept has earned us the recognition of the international culinary community. We proudly received multiple awards and most recently took the opportunity to represent Lebanese cuisine in the first International Meze Festival in Antalya, Turkey.
